This is what we made at our last stamp camp in August. We try to use a variety of products, techniques and styles, that are simple and duplicatable. Our November 5th & 6th classes are all filled up.  You can register for our classes at sassyclassy.eventsmart.com.  We usually open up registration the day of the previous class, sometimes sooner.  Beginning in 2022, the cost if the class will be increasing to $60. Come spend the day with us, we'll feed you a yummy lunch too.

 

Holly Jolly Gnomes

This one was a fun one.  If you stamp them just the same on each crease, they line up perfectly when the card is closed! They look pretty Jolly to me!

Brightly Gleaming Bag & Tag

This bag uses a 12x12 piece of DSP and no glue!

This bag is perfect for anything, especially cards.  A stack of them fit inside perfectly.  This bag uses one 12 x12 piece of DSP and 2, 2x6 pieces. Your 12 x 12 piece is scored at 3" & 9", then turn it 90 degrees and score at 5" & 7". Fold the 3" sides in, then glue your folded 2x6 piece on. Now fold the A's over to the B's, line up along the edges and crease it. No need for more gluing either.

Santa Beard Card

We designed this card many years ago.  I love how you just tuck the beard under the mustache to keep it closed.  But we thought it was time for an updated one.  This one uses all current products.  The Celebration Labels dies were perfect for this.  We even used our velvet paper for the hat and felt for the eyebrows. But can you guess what shape we used for the eye brows?

Mason Jar cards

So, these probably aren't cards you want to mail, but think how excited a little one would be to get all those quarters. That one uses two jars to make it fat enough to fit all those quarters. And big kid would like to see that green in their jar card. What would you put in it?

Doesn't this set make you want to go on vacation! You know, stamping IS pretty relaxing.  I love all the layering of the stamps in this set. Sponging and brayering were perfect techniques to use with this set.

This is a little preview of one of the projects at our next class. I wish you could see the sparkle from the stella. Sooo cute! I love stamp sets that have a variety of holidays and fits a punch! The little pocket is just a bonus. It will be a perfect little gift card holder when all the tags are used.

Summer Stamp Camp projects 2020

 Have you ever wondered what we do in our stamp camps? These are what we did in June. We try to do a variety of tastes, celebrations, products, techniques and colors.  Using the very latest products from Stampin' Up!  Unfortunately we can't show what the projects are before hand because sometimes the creative process takes a while. Rest assured, as soon as we get our hands on the new products our brains are spinning with ideas and we get right to work.

Way to Goat cards

This was a fun stamp set and die to play with. And using my favorite way to color made it even better. I love how fast an aqua painter can brighten up any image.
