Pinwheels just shout summers coming. Make these and you will warm up right away. The squares are cut at 5 inches. We used pieces of PVC covered in DSP to attach to the gum so the pinwheel will still turn. The 3/4" PVC are cut into 1 inch long rings, with a small hole drilled through one side. Then we put decorative upholstery nails through the center of the pinwheel, and hammered it just till it poked through the PVC.
